We have a standard for how we make the iced espressos, and we use the lines on the side of the cup for milk. If you want it filled higher, you'll have to order a latte

They did what you ordered: two shots, six pumps of syrup, 1/2 inch of oatmilk. If you want the milk filled to the top you'll have to order a latte. Honestly this is filled higher than I'd have done, especially since we have customers who do actually want just a 1/2 inch of milk because they enjoy doppios.

If you want it filled to the top, order a venti iced latte with two shots (if you want two instead of the three that comes in a venti?), with cinnamon dolce syrup and oat milk. Or, a venti iced cinnamon dolce oat milk latte if you want it with whipped cream and cinnamon-sugar topping

No matter how many different ways you make it, 2 shots of espresso, 1/2” of oatmilk, 6 pumps of syrup, and ice is never going to fill up a venti cup.

It’s just like trying to make a ten foot square blanket with two feet of material. No matter how many ways you cut it up and rearrange it and sew it back together it just isn’t going to be ten feet wide.

If u want it filled to top, order an iced latte or shaken iced espresso and modify it.

If u still wanna be cheap, you can add a bunch of different kinds of milk to get it filled to the top or add water then filled to the top.

we don’t fill iced espresso up to the top. we only do that for shaken espressos, if you really want more milk order it as a latte.

idk how it’s so hard to understand that iced espressos are espresso shots and ice, it doesn’t fill the top. espresso is usually just 2 ounces of liquid for 2 shots, so it’s not going to fill up a whole 26 ounce cup even with the ice displacement. after 4 ounces of milk we have to charge, so in a vent cup it would be 2-6 ounces of liquid + the ice, so it won’t be filled all the way. even with syrup, 6 pumps would be about 3 ounces.

a venti iced cinnamon dolce latte has 3 shots, 6 pumps cinnamon dolce, milk, and ice, so order it this way and just ask for no whip and oatmilk.
