I'm assuming they wanted it blended because of the fruit pieces maybe? But the dragonfruit tends not to blend super well in my experience so I think the person just wanted to be as big of a pain in the ass as possible.

For a while there was a trend to just add inclusions to a water and shortly after that they put up a post stating you cannot add anything to a water other than water and ice. Anything else then it has the be rung up as a custom ice tea.

I second this. There also should be a option to add juice instead of milk because ngl if you do a creme frap with apple juice no milk cinnamon dolce and extra caramel drizzle then the cinnamon sugar blended in and on top. I know it sounds super weird but it’s like a blended caramel apple spice and it’s really good!

I think this would've gone better for them if they ordered a venti dragon drink with 2% instead of coconut milk, light mango dragonfruit base, add 12 pumps raspberry syrup, light ice, blend it if they want. But instead they had to make it all weird to put into the computer and gross to think about by asking for it in a cup of water. If you're going to try to be cheap at a Starbucks, why not ask for it in a cup of ice at least lmfao. I'd imagine it tasted like a very sweet and very watered down dragon drink.
