hello friends.
i wanted to know if any of you have transferred from a college to the ASU online program provided to baristas.
i need some insight on how the process went and if credit transfers were pretty easy!

I did ! The transfer process is really simple ! Just apply and provide your transcripts. They’ll be transfer credits for you. I think I have to do a audit (?) from the MYASU page if I recall but otherwise it’s super simple !

did you get connected with a counselor to help you through it all or would i have to reach out for that lolol. i think im gonna email and ask if they can let me know if all my credits would transfer cuz the school i go to is extremely petty 🥲 i finally have the balls to leave it

I didn’t but you can talk with someone ! There are success coaches and advisors you can get in contact with to ask about your application. I had messed up and had to call someone originally. I don’t have the number on me right now though - I think you can find it on the starbucks asu app page !

I did it and I was super easy!! Almost all of my credits transferred and I only have maybe 1-2 general education classes to take. Starbucks will cover up to 135 credits and thanks to my credits transferring I actually have enough credits left over to do a double major!!!

do u mean sbux covers the transfer of up
to 135 or like covers 135 credit hours that u can take at ASU (which i think thats about 4 yrs right?)

I mean that the SCAP program will pay for up to 135 credits while you attend ASU. So for example I just transferred in for this fall (whoop whoop), and I was able to transfer my 63 credits from San Francisco State University. With my program and other classes I'll finish my degree in 68 credits, meaning I still have 60+ credits I can use for free which is why I'm going for my double major. I hope that answered your question!
