You could try talking to your DM or Partner ethics. I’m not sure what else! Sorry to hear that’s such a common thing I hear from a lot of stores. :(

PLEASE COMPLAIN TO DM OR PARTNER ETHICS! You don’t deserve that. You’re good at what you do and you love you working there. That’s unfair that they fired you

same here, I'm a bit tardy but lately I been really trying not because I'm pregnant and it's hard for me to hurry myself. But I'm thankful my SM is understandable and knows I try to get in on time. I'm usually 1 -3 mins late tops. only twice I completely forgot my shift and was half an hour late.

I would say report to your DM because it seems like you were singled out if everyone else is tardy as well. plus, everyone in the world is tardy to their work
