i typically see this when people order shots, i saw a tik tok awhile ago where people were saying it’s cheaper to order espresso over ice and ask for different milks and etc. and customers get mad that it isn’t filled to the top but we explain each time of how it’s suppose to be and they still get mad. it’s like we don’t win lol.
