I would let them know we have a standard amount of vsccf we make and that’s the limit to what we can use

Nope just ring it up as you typed it. VSCCF has its own charge anyways and there’s not regular milk in it so def not a latte. Even if there was milk, standard is to only charge for more than 4 oz.

if it’s just shots and vsccf it should not be rung up as a latte. it should be rung up as an iced quad espresso in a venti cup with vsccf.

if the customer wants extra ice, add extra ice. but a latte would only be charged if they’re asking for a certain amount of milk (past the second or third line). if they’re not asking for that, don’t ring them up for a latte.

1 pump dark caramel

extra ice

salted caramel cream cold foam

for me, i put the cold foam to the 150ml (which was the old way of doing it) and despite this, the cold foam goes almost all the way to the top). i’m not charging myself for a latte because i’m not getting a latte. 150ml or even 100ml is still a lot in a cup. just because it goes to the top or almost to the top doesn’t mean it gets charged as a latte because it’s not a latte

If it’s shaken I will fill to top. If it’s just esp over ice then no. I will tell them to pay for a latte.
