Like ffs it’s not rocket science what do you think I will do with your name commit identify fraud I literally have zero fucks to give about your name and is only needed to identify your order. One Karen ass customer started arguing why I needed her name and said just call out the coffee 💀. And this other guy had a really long name and wanted his first and last name to be written on the cup and there wasn’t enough space, and he was arguing with me how will he know it’s his drink and what if someone else has the same name. In that case we’ll call out the drinks

Like honestly I don't even care if the name is fake or not yours. We just have to call it out. If you didn't want to give us your name, visit a drive thru store or go somewhere else.

Lol the people that order in store and complain about giving a name....i hope somebody who got the same drink or very close to it comes up and grabs their drink and takes a sip cuz then, maybe the customer wont complain about giving out their name and hopefully common sense would then kick in at that point to why names are more important because others could have the same drink as u lol jesus these people are weird. Like who the hell is guna find u and stalk u or steal ur identity by ur first name? Nobody cares!

even though it (sometimes) could have been avoided by them telling us a name to put down, ANY name, could have been a fake name, a fun one, who cares.

Then if they still complain about someone touching their drink, i would tell them "miss maam thats why we ask for order names so that if people get the same or similar drinks, we can differentiate which drink is for which person". Like u said tho, i wouldnt even care if they said the first name that comes to mind. I just need something to put on the order sticker that prints out

We used to put down “Noname” (pronounced no-nahm-may)as the name when ppl refused. I don’t think I’ve had someone refuse in a few years.
