Because I’m pretty sure that it IS NOT the day Of or the day after the week it should be posted for has started…

Okay this is generally what I thought was accepted but also know Covid changed a lot of things.
So yeah so say you don’t know if you work Monday the 18th of whatever. The schedule for Monday the 18th isn’t even being posted until the 18th or even the 19th. AND often the schedule is being taken down and changed without anyone knowing so someone who works the 19th might think they are opening but the schedule is reprinted without people being asked if it can change and then the person on the 19rh gets in trouble because their shift was changed without their knowledge.

even when my scheduling was wonky during covid i still got it a at least a week in advance, sometimes only 5 days in advance, but that shouldn’t be happening

Sbux policy is 3 weeks ahead, schedules completed submitted to DMs for approval on Thursday/Friday (can’t remember) and posted for 3 weeks out on Mondays (which is also when SMs submit payroll).

My manager posts 3 weeks ahead, I think I’ve seen it is actually Starbucks policy to be atleast 1 week ahead not sure though

Mine are posted overnight on Mondays (TBH they may be there earlier, but I always open on Tuesdays and am in bed by 8). The next schedule that will be posted is for week starting August 15th
