I feel ya fam, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way.
Way back in early 2000s I worked at a Barnes and noble cafe which was Starbucks and a group of people had the prices with tax memorized and would have chang under the register and a calculator and most would do the math in their head. Now this was back in the day before everyone used rewards card and debit card.
They all got caught and fired.
