Help! Can't see avaliable shifts in partner app. (self.starbucksbaristas)

Okay so I'm an ssv with pretty open availability, and I can't view shifts that are available, even when they're within my availability. I know they're there because I can see them on another partners phone, and if I log into my account from their app, the shifts aren't there to be picked up.
I tried uninstilling and reinstalling the app, however whenever I log into starbucks partner hours on the pc, I also can't view available shifts there.
I told my store manager, he was useless, told me to contact tech support, only I can't figure out who I'm supposed to contact.
Has anyone else has this issue? No one else at my store is having problems with this.
