My ice machine broke down yesterday, and our Safeway store just happened to have issues with its ice deliveries. Which means by some miracle that I don't have to make frappuccinos!!!

that happened to me for a while! it was really fun how customers just proved they're incapable of reading the "out of ice no fraps no shaken espressos"
and my district manager banned us from using bagged ice so we were really screwed.

I just started working at A target Starbucks and the ice machine was down for 3 months, so it wasn’t busy the first week. Last week on Monday we got a new one and let me tell you I don’t know why so many people order frapps. It’s crazy.
