Strawberry Açaí Refresher no water no inclusions no ice..omg…
This one lady who gets 30 pumps of syrup in her trenta iced coffee with no ice
Flat white with oatmilk (one of the higher ups ordered this and said i messed up even tho i made it to standard and did the perfect dot even with OATMILK)
Grande Flat White, Calls for three ristretto shots but the mastrena II can’t do that so we have to stand there and only do half a 2 shot 😍 bonus if there’s a rush !!<3
Just the caramel ribbon crunch. If i have to make another im gonna caramel ribbon kms.

Like. How is it extra. If it didn't come with caramel drizzle in the first place.
I tried this, and it was disgustingly sweet. I did not like the caramel on there with the white mocha, it was too many flavors trying to marry together.

There’s a lady who comes to my store once a month or so and tries to order two venti cappuccinos, extra dry, but made with HEAVY CREAM. Every time we have to remind her that that isn’t physically possible, and she forgets and becomes confused, and every single time she just gets something else randomly selected from the menu. It’s wild.
