I need to rant but also advice would be appreciated! About two-three months ago I told my SM that I want to transfer. I’ve been at this store for 5 years and now after moving, it’s 25 minutes away from home. I submitted my transfer request a month ago and even got a call from a store really close to me that wants me to be on their team. My manager even after 3 months, says they can’t afford to lose me yet because two baristas just quit and he needs to promote someone. I feel like they had enough time to find a replacement. I feel as though i’ve been forgotten about. Tomorrow I want to confront them on transferring for the 2nd time now, just not sure how I will go about it. 😞
