"um it's august, where's your pumpkin spice???"(self.starbucksbaristas)

oh, i know exactly where it is but you're just gonna have to wait like everyone else. don't be entitled about it. happy 'pumpkin spice purgatory till launch', everyone!

barista only drink bestie sorry 😻

honestly im underwhelmed by the blend this year. really good in iced black tea though! (someone broke it out very early for training, it expires before it even launches lmao)
BatWeary9 points11m ago
is it even worse than last year? when i started in 2020 it was soooo good. last year it tasted like sad orange soup
CatalyticGenesis [OP]5 points11m ago
it's just sugary and a little bit earthy? there's like no spice to it and it barely tastes like pumpkin. the sauce is also noticeably thinner than other years, i'm kind of hoping we got a bad batch but i doubt it. it's just orange.

pumpkin spice but hold the pumpkin and the spice

I literally have been craving pumpkin spice soooo bad
WillingnessGreedy18510 points11m ago
I had someone ask for it like three weeks ago in the beginning of July 😭
Wonderful-Put-59727 points11m ago
People expect PSL season to be a 12-month thing & they are sooo dramatic about it!
Alternative_Exam37236 points11m ago
A coffee shop in my town has pumpkin spice all year 😂
kittykaty145 points11m ago
I had someone call my store at the beginning of July asking when the fall drinks were gonna drop.....as soon as I know I'll tell you??

“Yo shut up.”
kakimike174 points11m ago

actually the 30th. fall brewing says it. plus starbucks likes launching on tuesday’s for whatever reason
Audreyy11710 points11m ago
According to the now brewing for summer2 when we got “Tues-yays” apparently Tuesday is the company’s slowest overall day. That’s why Tuesdays were made to be hell in July was to up sales on that particular day
misryth4 points11m ago
that actually makes a lot of sense.
Latter-Guava-47341 points11m ago
My mistake lol. I knew it was either the 30th or 31st.
misryth1 points11m ago
mistakes happen lol

I work at a liscensed store(in a kroger) and we've already had so many people asking because for some godforesaken reason we already have some candy corn on our shelves and a small display stand with sbux pumpkin spice coffee grounds in our store
