DSB is superior for the BACON.. it’s thicker and meatier. Bacon on the bacon Gouda is a flimsy fatty sad squish of nothing.

Double smoked bacon always, we have several customers and clerks(I'm a liscensed store in kroger) that let us know when they'll be here that day so we can pull snd extra sandwich or two so we'll have enough for the day after they visit.
Bacon gouda is still good, but the croissant for the Dbl Smkd compared to the artisan roll is what puts it on top. Imo
