i’m coming up on my 1 year mark working at starbucks and my manager told me that i’ll be getting an annual raise, but he didn’t tell me how much and i can’t find anything online about the amount. does anyone have a guess to how much it’ll be or where i can find out?

idk my managers been meeting with every employee to tell them about the raise and he mentioned i’ll be getting 2 raises because we all get annual raises as well. i’m only getting a 3% raise today so id b p pissed if i wasn’t gonna get the annual one as well /:

The annual one should be coming in October, at least thats when it'll be in my district. Normally though the annual one is kinda small though, won't be as much as the one we got this month i think

i mean hey money is money right, it’ll add up. i got hired in october and that’s when i’ll be getting mine so i guess everyone else will as well? i guess i thought we’d all be getting them at different times based on when they were hired

i found a reddit post from 6 years ago saying it was 2.5% every year no matter what but it’s from so long ago so who knows if that’s still true
