not while not at the store, and I only go to the store when I’m scheduled. I don’t wanna look up resources on my own time but also am not given the time to look them up on company time.

not only that, but many baristas at poorly managed stores are not taught how to access shit. I was never taught anything useful for the ipad, not even incident reporting. i only clock in n out n change the music :( I didn't even know about the store resources app until recently

its the only app that truly matters to me dude. go to to the app w the music icon on the ipad. U cant choose the exact song but u can choose the playlist and it will play after the song ends. Theres also a barista favorite playlist so you can try and cultivate your own playlist if you really wanna. I hate the coffeehouse and starbucks chill playlists so much

Honestly my SM doesn’t care what music we play as long as it’s appropriate so for opening shifts we play Minecraft music.

Some stores don’t like technology/know how to use it. My store doesn’t use the hours app, DPM, store resources, and more. I had to teach myself all of it pretty much. Trying to get the rest of the store on board
