I’ve only been at Starbucks for 9 months yet have endured more than most partners do in years and I don’t think I can do it for much longer now that my biggest supports at the store are quitting

Hi! Question for you! I’m trying to transfer & my manager already refused ( we all have issues with SM and they constantly pick on certain people me being one of them) I’m unsure of how to go about this. I really want to stay at Starbycks but I can’t do it at my store anymore

If you try to transfer and your sm says no, I’d ask for the reason. And if it makes no sense, go to your dm. The one dm I’ve went to helped me transfer when my manager kept putting it off

Okay, thank you! The reason was that my SM wanted to watch me work before sending me somewhere else but that was a month ago and they still doent show up to any of my shifts. They are close to my DM, but i’m hoping to go out of my current district so maybe i could talk to the other DM

If it helps at all, my first store was also considered the non-toxic store of the city. Then I changed stores and I found out that was absolutely not true and they were super toxic lmao. So idk, if it's coming from. Your partners be skeptical, if it's coming from borrowed partners, rip.
