Yes! Ask your manager, you might need to stop by and write it into the punch communication log
If you’re on an approved LOA, there are guidelines on how sick/vacation time can be used, I believe it’s up to 40hours per week but it might vary based on leave type.

When I was on my loa I used both sick and vacation. I did mine through Sedgwick

You might have to ask Sedgwick if that is even allowed. Your SM might not be able to edit your timecard if you are on an LOA.
