When I'm on CS, i run through a list of stuff in my head to do.

There are three priorities for me :

1. IMMEDIATE help (cup restocks, inclusion swaps, milk restocks)

2. Stuff they'll need very soon / quick to make (refresher backups)

3. Tasks that take longer (mocha backups, whips)

I tend to always have the 3rd tasks going on in the background with 2nd and 1st tasks at the forefront.

Let me know if this doesn't make sense, haha

are you following the customer support cycle with the timer?

They said they usually only use timers for coffee and hand sanitizer but other than that we don’t follow the cycle 😭 just whatever needs to be done

highly recommend following the cycle, at the veryyy least every cycle you should be brewing coffee, stocking milks, grabbing a bucket of ice, and then see if anyone on bar immediately needs anything before you start searching for other things to do. its a good habit to get into to always make sure bar partners have milk and ice and that theres always fresh coffee available, as well as gives you things to do so you are wandering around less
