Does anybody know the policy on working with family? Me and my brother work together now, & they are opening a new store & we want to be promoted & be 2 of the 4 shift managers there, will they allow it?

As long as you are both on the same level of position. One should not be in a position of power above the other. If you are both SSVs then it’s fine but should one get promoted (or step down) and not the other then you will need to work at different stores
