Does anyone know if the leads/ barista trainers that are leading this new company training are supposed to get any stipend or compensation? I'm confused since normally barista trainers get paid a stipend per barista they train, and we are training like 6 people- why they wouldn't they??

No extra pay directly but my store manager did say the training pods made her want to push her plans to hire me as a ssv from 6 months from now to like…in September (don’t want to humble brag I just haven’t been allowed to tell anyone else and I’m kinda pumped!)
