Do you have to complete coffee master 300 courses on the clock? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by WorthPrinciple7049
The course description clearly states that you do, but my SM asked my DM, who said he “thinks” you just do it on your own…I’m getting no further answers even though my SM reached out to someone else. Has anyone completed it since they brought it back, and how?

Time worked equals time paid. Its a training program so it should be on the clock IMO. There was another post on here about someone just about to take the test. They will have valuable info. Good luck👍🏼

Thanks. I tried to find other posts about it, but couldn’t find one exactly.

Yes, you complete it on the clock.

100% paid- it says on the partner hub

Oof, I just did it off the clock by myself. Would've been nice to know we can get paid for it.

Did you get the apron, though? I’m willing to do it off the clock if it will be official. I guess I can ask if she’ll order it for me if I complete it. 🤪 And did you get quizzed or whatever as a final test?

Yes, I did get the apron. You can also print the certificates at the end.

ask your manager if you can have those training hours added to your paycheck or write it in the DRB. time worked is time paid you can still get it after the fact

Why would you do this to yourself? Working for free is like NONONO number one.

Time worked time paid. Your DM can get fucked. Training time for your job, even if it's not "required" must be paid for.
