We moved our sugars beside our coffee Brewer, so no more reaching for the troglodytes.

literally i had an old lady reach behind our displays to grab one of the reusable straws and said “can i grab a straw?” i was like “uhh.. you can’t reach behind that but also you need to pay for that one.. if you want a free one, they’re at the end of the counter over there” and she looked so disrespected like MAAM THATS ILLEGAL TO DO??

i had a man reach over our bar, pick up the honey blend BY THE PUMP, inspect the bottle and set it back down

We try to hide our straws with signs but they still try reaching over for one. Had one lady knock a sign over and spilled a Trenta SAR and just walked off. Came back to the other side and had the audacity to ask for another straw!
