Yes! This morning we had 3 different partners spill their drinks everywhere trying to get on the tall dome lids

When I'm having lids problems I find double cupping helps to prevent the cup from bending and possibly losing/spilling drink all over the place. It also for some reason helps get the lid on.. Sometimes. 🤷

Yeah hopefully they address it. I've dumped a whole drink on myself because the lids don't fit properly, and we constantly have people coming back asking for a new one. They're working on fixing the damn warming bags but should probably work on the lids while they're at it 🙄

This happens to be the tall domes for us this week. Every other shipment doesn't fit well.

Sometimes, you’ll legit just get bad batches of lids. We had a whole sleeve once that I guess didnt finish forming, or melted afterward, because none of the lids would “click” on the front.

Sometimes the lids are half cut or sharp it’s so annoying

I was literally having this issue a few days ago. One of the customers was watching me struggle to put on the sippy lid and told me to just put on the done lid if I was struggling. I thought it was just cause I was new.

I have that issue with the tall. They literally do not fit and I end up dumping the drink in a grande and handing it out

Yes. We've been having a shit time with tall iced lids (flat dome nitro all of it) the other day we got a new shipment and realized THE CUPS ARE DIFERENT SIZES THE RIMS ARE SMALLER AND THATS WHY it pisses me off dude

i kept getting batches of g/v flat cold lids that... didn't have holes? most of them would be fine but then I'd have customers come back and be like uh... there's no... hole? and id have to be like damn! ur right, that *is* a problem.

but we also keep getting various bad batches of cold lids that won't snap on, or break when u try to snap them on, or otherwise cause problems and make a mess.
