I gave a delivery away w/out the drinks, it was embarrassing when I realized I only gave him the pastries when the drinks came out a few minutes after. Big brain fart on my end for not reading the sticker (self.starbucksbaristas)

I feel like that’s not as bad as me accidentally forgetting to take someone’s payment and they got a bunch of free stuff lol

I gave a delivery someone else’s drink lol, there were 2 drinks in the order and the delivery names both started the same. I fixed the issue by making the drink I gave away last minute though!

Oh its happened at my store before 😄 we've done it like where we accidentally gave them a mobile order drink in their order instead of the drink that they ordered lol 🤭 and also we have done it to where we forgot a drink in their order. Whenever this would happen, it would be so busy and the delivery driver would be waiting there for the order so things were chaotic and we were trying to make sure people got out in a timely manner. I feel so bad for any of those times it happened tho 😔
