Hey , I am currently a shift manager at my store , been working there for years with no write ups or things of that nature. The store manager that I currently have doesn’t know how to treat her partners. Many feel like she is a bully, which is true. I want to transfer for obvious reasons, my mental sanity. I know she won’t let me transfer, or she will do whatever in her power to make it not able to happen. What should I do ? HELP!
