no problem w the drink, its the fact that the person who ordered it got pissed off at me because the cup isn’t all the way full. i explained that i can’t fill it all the way without charging them for a latte and they said they do it on the app all the time. ofc i just said that i was just doing as i was supposed to bc we literally just had a meeting about this kinda thing and my sm ended up having to talk to them 🙂

edit: ngl guys i’ve been w starbucks nearly a year now and i had no clue the sticker printer was dirty bc i was wondering why it was printing all funny so thank you for informing me i will be cleaning them all tmw 🤝

I work in a mall and this happens to me all the damn time!! I refuse to fill it up I let them know that it’s an extra charge. I know we aren’t supposed to argue with them but if you kill them with kindness they just give up.

She even got 6 pumps of syrups all together which is the same amount in a latte. Lol people never wana pay for the drink they actually want. I had a girl mobile ordered today and I forget what kind of drink it was specifically but I do remember it was in an ice cup but I just don't remember if it was like an espresso based drink or a cold brew or whatever. But it was a specific drink with just a few modifications and it was a Grande in a venti cup but nothing on the label specified extra this or extra that so I just filled it up to a grande size but in the venti cup and I guess she ended up picking it up and not complaining about it because I never heard about it lol
