Anyone else seeing reduced hrs in their schedule after the pay increase? Prior to the raise, my avg hrs ranged from 30-35 & are now 20-25. Most partners in my store & other stores within my district (and even outside of it) are seeing their hrs decrease. (self.starbucksbaristas)

Mine still haven't increased when our hours got decreased a few months ago and I've brought it up multiple times... I have an availability open for like 64 hours a week but barely get 20

I was averaging 15-20, now I’m down to 10/wk. it’s annoying because we have some people who constantly call out or no show their shifts getting plenty of hours.

I actually get a decent amount of hours and calls when I should be having lower hours because a lot of people have been calling out or not showing up ;-;
