after 2 years all i can say is fuck starbucks. fuck the corporate greed, the moving managers around, the poor quality control, the entitled customers, the understaffing, the hour cuts (seriously, i got scheduled 4.5 hours the week before my last), and the obnoxious drinks that are simply pure sugar. i hope it gets better for all of you and i hope your peaks are properly staffed🤝

As an old 256xxxx I felt that so deeply. My manager hated me so much and I didn’t realize she didn’t treat everyone that way until a borrowed partner pointed it out to me ON THE FLOOR WHILE SHE WAS BERATING ME
