In my store: pre grinding cold brew, putting refresher back ups in extra tea pitchers for quick access in the morning, deep cleaning under/in the fridges, restocking RTDE + retail cups/coffee. Pre building cold brew kegs. I always address my notes to openers, if any, with good mornings, which isn't like helpful necessarily but my friend who always opens says it cheers her up in the morning cause no one wants to be at work at 4am
