She literally could have just been kind/understanding about it and had it remade. But no of course she didnt think that it was cuz of something that happened on her end. It had to be u guys that made it "incorrectly" 🙄

I’d say politely that it was ordered two hours ago and melted but happy to remake it. I am over ignoring stupidity most days.

We have this lady at our store who complains that “the vanilla sweet cream cold brew looks darker in the photos” after mobile ordering 30 minutes ahead. Damn near lost my shit the third time she did this.
