Shaken espresso with extra milk light ice?(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by dnims24
Hey y’all. So my coworker and I were just talking about the brown sugar that someone ordered. They had ordered it with light ice and extra oatmilk. I did what I thought was extra milk but my coworker says that means to fill it to the top. Did I do it wrong?

The recipe card makes it clear that the milk should be topped to a quarter inch below the top of the rim, so if the customer orders light ice/no ice there should still getting milk to the top
We really should avoid the "splash of milk" association with iced shaken espressos given that it's not mentioned in the recipe card and that it causes confusion when baristas end up not filling light/no ice requests
