Yeah I mean.. I’m a green bean. Hired as a ssv as I have manager experience from Amazon for about 7 years. Did about 6 years before that in customer service. Just to say that I’m used to the crunch time of big rushes.

bro, it’s not JUST the drizzle. it’s the fact that this drink needs to be swirled while the shots pull, it needs foam which is on a separate bar, AND we get 15 of these an hour which all need special attention. i wish it was just complaining about drizzle

I mean… sequence your drinks and that doesn’t take any longer, and communicate when you need foam. I get it’s hectic. As someone who is just learning, the difference between a white mocha and that drink is negligible when I have to think about every single pump and ingredient.

Bruh iced wm w vssc and drizzle is literally not a big deal anymore. Iced lattes are a relief when it’s busy haha.

tbh i really don’t hate fraps anymore. when i first started they were the bane on my existence but at this point it’s just as mundane as any other drink, it’s just that you’re making a million of them in an hour :’)

we have someone who mobile orders a black tea lemonade like once a week and i just don’t get it, like it melts almost immediately unlike the refreshers
