Is it easier to transfer or to quit and reapply at a different location? Like how long is the transferring process?

Transfer. Search partner hub for transfer requests. But you have to actually do the work and find a store that can place you there. If you have a nice enough SM, they’d help see what stores are hiring or need people.

Alright, my SM is not very nice though unfortunately and we have had a crazy high turn over the last two months particularly SSVs. I’m afraid she would get kind of sabotage-y but I might be a little paranoid about it
