i’m just absolutely appalled that people are expected to return to work 5 days after the onset of symptoms (given their symptoms don’t get worse.) I had covid monday-friday and today is my first day back and I am still having horrible headaches and back pain. This system is fucked up.

I got COVID this week too 😂 😭 hoping I feel better before I have to be in. Five days is pretty rough ngl but my sm gave me a lil longer. I’m just glad I never use sick time tbh 😅

they cover scheduled pay for 5 days after symptoms show up. anything after that they asked me if I wanted to use sick pay /:

Sick pay can be used regardless of whether or not they previously had covid and currently have symptoms that preclude them from working. So it’s a valid replacement.
