Yesterday was my last day so I wasn’t going to take shit from anyone. These two women came in and started off with the middle school girls standing in front of the register laughing for two minutes thing which already pissed me off. One of the women proceeded to demand a caramel ribbon crunch hot. I told her that our Frappuccinos only come frozen and she kept on going back and forth with me telling me that I can make it hot and that I was just being lazy. At that point my other coworker took over because he knew I was going to lose my shit and so he rang it up as a caramel macchiato and told me to just add whip and crunch pieces. I hand off the drink to the lady and at first she starts walking away but then she reads the tag and notices she got rung up for a caramel macchiato and comes back to the bar. She said she asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and the only thing I could reply with without straight up cursing her out was “ma’am what you’re asking for is literally impossible.” She then demanded my name(we don’t have to wear a name tag) and the corporate number to which she got even more mad about because we’re a franchise store owned by an ice cream shop and don’t have a corporate number to give her.
