Leaving dilemma (self.starbucksbaristas)

So the Starbucks I work at is absolute hell I’m 20 years old and the 40 something year old baristas always have something to say etc. and make life harder for no reason. Only reason why I’m still here is because some of my friends work there and it’s fun working with them. I’ve got a job as a passenger service assistant at an airport which I want to do but at the same time i don’t want to leave urgh. What should I do

You have to ask yourself how worth it and also do you need really need this? I'm someone as of right now needs this job, but I'm not working in a toxic environment under any circumstance. Life is too short
