I’m planning to put my 2 weeks in soon but I have 68 hours of sick time, what should I do with is?

Sick hours are not cashed out. They are only used when you are actually sick and call out as so. You will lose them when you quit.
Some SM’s are cool with you using them as wellness days and communicating with them ahead of time but that would be a discussion you have to have with your SM.
