Yeah it gets to be ridiculous .. and with how hollow some of our sandwiches are on one side, people asking to get it cut in half will be pissed if their half is the bread sandwich

Nope. They also ask to switch the bread meat etc… then they buy two, people are ok getting a $12 Jimmy dean? I’ve had to pull the tomatoes off a tomato mozzarella before but why get it if you don’t like tomato? We have grilled cheese and the bread on the subs is terrible.

People don’t get it because they still have it in their heads that we’re not fast food, when we very clearly are.

they do not. they also are not aware our cake pops aren’t made by us. I had a drive customer come through and asked if we made the cake pops to order because he didn’t want to order it at the window if it would be too much time to wait. they have no idea we don’t make any food.

This man once wanted me to make his sandwich vegan by taking off the cheese and egg, but then freaked out at me on reg because he realized I’d have to peel it off a packaged/frozen sandwich saying it was “absolutely disgusting.” Sir this is a fast food restaurant we’re not cooking your meals😭
