ok so like..we had a new ssv that was transferred from another store, and they were working DT. well a customer ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. so ofc during peak our lovely partners gets it’s done as quick as possible, just for it to be thrown back and told “they wanted it blended.” am i dumb for this, but aren’t you like not supposed to add ice to those AT ALL? i’m a green bean ofc but i even asked a partner that worked for over 2 years and they’ve said they never seen that before. our ssv goes “who said it can’t be blended, just blend the thing” so they did. idk i guess you see something new everyday.
