Had a woman ask me for a cappuccino with no foam because ‘…every single time I get it you guys don’t fill it to the top with liquid. It’s mostly foam!’

I also heard you call me a stupid b* when you turned around.
We didn’t do anything to your coffee. It’s not decafe. I just hope you enjoy your ‘cappuccino no foam’ that’s totally not a latte.

I wish our menu boards had the simple drawings of the cup and the ingredients like lots of other coffee shops have. I can’t tell you how many customers I’ve told what’s in their drink just to have them say “I have been drinking lattes (or whatever) and I never knew they had espresso/milk in them!” So many people have NO idea what they are drinking!!!!!

It would be great if they’d actually read it. Unfortunately, the only thing people read while in the store is the unnecessary please wait at the register when it’s asking us if they want their receipt.

My straight, unamused, b*tchface didn’t waver as I just stared at her. Which is probably not what she expected, because she asked for who had been there the longest. I told her that person was me, and she finally told me to make a latte.

Had a lady do that. Well cappuccinos are one of the few things Starbucks makes the traditional way and not the gas station way.

I hate when this happens. I made a perfect cappuccino to a customer and even my coworkers said it was perfect and the customer goes “this has too much foam”. 😑

can't tell you how many times this happens to me. i love a good cappu and i was so excited to make the perfect one and the guy was like "where's the drink?" bc half of it was foam lol .........................sir please take 5 seconds to google what a cappuccino is.

I think it's because those gas station 'cappuccino' machines. you can choose a no foam option which is just a latte.
