i had a person come in a while ago and ordered a caramel apple spice and took the whip, syrup, and caramel drizzle off. he essentially just wanted steamed apple juice. i told him that he’s been over paying for his drink and told him how to order it. i felt so bad that no partner bothered to tell him at all. he seemed so shocked that there was another way to order it.
