Have any other corporate stores switched over their lunch stuff like ours has? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So a few months ago. We had been having problems keeping our lunch items consistently stocked. Pretty much every other day we were out. So we were switched over to a different system. Lunch paninis were now pulled like breakfast Sammie’s and kept in a BOH fridge instead of RTD&E.
Our protein boxes were completely changed however! Instead of the regulars, we’re now switched over to the cheese trio, eggs and Gouda, and the cheddar and uncured salami boxes. Which Is the same ones they use for licensed stores.
I thought it was a nationwide thing, except when I traveled the other day and saw the regular lunch boxes set up?
Has anyone else seen this before?

Frozen markets (which can’t get reliable deliveries for fresh rtde) have different boxes because they keep differently
My store is a fresh market and gets sandwiches and boxes every two days
