Yes you can find questions online! Also for my interview i was asked to describe different scenarios such as how I’ve coached in difficult situations, times that I’ve had issues with baristas or shifts and how they were solved, etc! You may also be asked about what makes you a great leader or how you’d coach a partner in a simple situation (such as not making customer connections).
