morning everyone, sooooo i do believe im being trained at my store to become a barista trainer. I asked a few weeks ago and its actually happening!
I love my job and have learned so much but im just scared i wont get it because me and my store managers relationship.
Its not bad my any means i just am not a favorite of his and im really scared ab it.
But this post isnt ab that lol. For any barista trainer and shift out there, what should i expect in the interview, questions and such. I just wanna be prepared lol

Your manager is interviewing you to be a trainer? I just asked to be a trainer and I was assigned modules, all the other trainers i know asked or their manager asked them and they got the modules, anyone can be a trainer if you’re a efficient barista.
If you do get accepted Im pretty sure you’re just going to be assigned the modules and be shown the training plans on the ipad

Nah our manager meets w all of us, he gave me a run down of the process when i asked and he said he conducts an interview w any aspiring trainers lol
