I have an interview tomorrow at Starbucks and I’m wondering if anyone has any advice? I’ve worked at McDonalds before so this won’t be my first customer service job but I’d just love some pointers so I can pass the interview and leave McHell ☺️

Starbucks emphasizes customer connections! So, getting to know customers and whatnot. Also, the customer is always right (even when they’re wrong). Good luck, I’m sure you’ll do great!

The customers always right (unfortunately), emphasize past experiences in which you handled a tough situation with a customer to make their day better, and explain playing to your strengths working at a high leverage/volume business like McDonalds. All that and youll be gucci
