Barista Training Question (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi! I just started training as a barista trainer, but I wasn’t sure if I’m supposed to have a barista trainer *trainer*, because I did the module learning today and one of the shifts says that’s all I need to do. I still don’t feel totally confident or prepared though. Am I a barista trainer after just the modules? lol

Yes you’re technically certified to train now, there’s a lot of stuff to prep and like a ton of other modules to use while you train, i’ve trained 7 partners and there’s still a lot of stuff i have to learn. if you’re confident in your personal skills as a barista you’ll do fine
