It depends what pod you are in, there’s advising, owning, and learning and each pod has different things they got to do!

it’s mostly talking, pretty useless imo. it does nothing to create consistency across the board because the pod leaders and my sm still make drinks incorrectly and are teaching their way rather than trying to learn the standard, but still correcting people on not putting dome lids on before doing whip on fraps/iced mochas, it’s such bull.

Ya you just meet up with other baristas and go over how to correctly make drinks. We would take turns volunteering to make three different drinks and they would critic what we did right and wrong then we sat and talked about our goals. I found out that I was making cold brews wrong and fixed it no biggie.
