I am visiting family out of state and I’ve been to two dif Starbucks and both times I was forced to get my iD from the car so they could verify I was a partner. This was AFTER I showed them my app with my name.
Anyways, I just mobile ordered and walked in and watched the barista make my drink (venti hot white mocha w 3 shots) and this girl pulled the shots and then pumped and then poured the milk.
Then she just set the drink down and I went to pick it up and she goes “oh that’s not yours if you ordered in here”
😑 no thanks it is mine I mobile ordered I can read unlike many of our customers

If they scan your device for your partner numbers they do not have to verify ID. If they take your numbers verbally, you need to have identification that matches

ID isn’t required to be shown if you got your partner numbers there , but sometimes partners ask anyways cause why not . it’s unnecessary , but whatever . it’s not a big deal . you’re overreacting lol
